Jop Invest is a company operating in the German market of construction projects. It is a leader in the rental segment of small and medium-sized usable floor space .

We were given the task of creating a logo which would include a griffin motif. Although such a limited search area initially did not arouse our enthusiasm, we approached the project with the intention of finding unconventional and ultimately a satisfactory solution. Eventually, we created a unique, geometrized silhouette of a mythical beast, balanced by the oval shape of the signet .
